How to Tie the San Diego Jam Knot

  1. Pass the line through the hook eye and pull about 25 cm through.
  2. Wrap the tag end around the standing line and the tag end together 5-7 times, working away from the hook.
  3. Pass the tag end through the first gap near the hook eye.
  4. Then pass it through the big loop formed at the top.
  5. Moisten and pull tight. Trim the tag end.
