How to Tie the Knotless Knot

1. Tie a small loop at the end of the line for the hair stop.
2. Thread the other end of the line through the hook eye from front to back.
3. Hold the hair loop against the hook shank and wrap the line around both the shank and the hair 7-8 times moving down the shank.
4. Thread the line back through the hook eye from back to front.
5. Pull tight and check that the hook turns aggressively when pulled.

Pros

• Creates a perfect hair rig presentation
• Very high knot strength with excellent hook holds
• Self-hooking mechanism — the hook turns into the fish's lip

Cons

• Only suited for hair rig fishing
• Requires careful alignment of wraps for proper hook turning
